Our brownies, amazing as they are, are perishable items and unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. However, please do contact us if you have any problems and we will definitely see what we can do to resolve the problem for you.
Understandably, there will be instances of unforeseen change of plans which are beyond control such issue with their order. In that case, we would grant customers a refund as evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to our return address to deal with them.
